Class starts at 11am-12pm then Brunch will begin at 1pm-2pm.
Our event will start with a 60 minute Vinyasa Yoga class with 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Catherine E. MacDonald. In a Vinyasa class students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Open to all students, from beginners to advanced practitioners. This class is meant to warm you up, stretch you out, strengthen your muscles, and get you in tune with your breath and body before indulging in mimosas and brunch!
Ticket cost covers 1 hour yoga class and 2 hours of mimosas, brunch, and fun.
